Registration and Accommodation

As we have communicated earlier the AEPC 2020, scheduled for May 13-16 could not be held as planned due to the developments around COVID-19.

If you were registered to the AEPC 2020:

• Your registration will remain and is valid for the AEPC 2021
• If you have booked accommodation through the congress online registration, your hotel accommodation will also be moved for the equivalent number of nights that you booked for the meeting that was planned for this year.
• You will receive an updated confirmation in the fall. No action is required on your part.

New registrations to the AEPC 2021:

• We will open the registration for AEPC 2021 in September 2020. On this site you will also be able to book your accommodation and social activities.
